I co-founded the CRM and email marketing agency Saphiron GmbH. That was in 2008 – today Saphiron is one of the leading CRM and email marketing agencies in Germany.
I’ve been working in the digital economy since 1999, today as an expert in email marketing and CRM. My focus is on email marketing, CRM, customer experience and customer loyalty.
As a speaker I talk at conferences, lead seminars and give guest lectures on online marketing topics. Since 2003 I’ve been writing the industry news service CRM Blog, and since 2020 I’ve hosted the CRM Podcast.
